We believe in giving where we’re living. Dayforce recognizes the value of corporate responsibility, and we strive to make a meaningful difference to people and families in need.

Dayforce Cares is the employee-driven charity of Dayforce HCM, making a difference by supporting people and improving the communities in which we live and work. We help people get access to basic needs like food, clothing, and essential household items, or products and services that contribute to their well-being, like medical and mobility support.

What do our grants support?
> Clothing and footwear: Examples include seasonal clothing, boots, shoes, children’s clothing, work clothing, and outerwear.
> Food and basic household needs: Examples include food, blankets, mattresses, cookware, dishes, small appliances, towels, diapers, and cribs
> Medical expenses: Examples include prosthetics, eyewear, medical and dental equipment, home adjustments for barrier-free living, and braille books.
